The US and Iran have signed a memorandum of understanding to extend their ceasefire, with President Trump formally signing the deal at the G7 summit in France. The agreement, described as "performance-based", obliges Iran to forgo nuclear weapon development and establishes a $300bn fund for Iran's reconstruction.
